Today, bring in the light. Breathe it into being in your body. On each inhale, fill yourself with your Light Breath. As this work week kicks off, feelings of being scattered, disorganized or confused seem to linger. Clear them off with this light breath. Feel the light shining within you bringing clarity, focus and order to your day, your week, your life. You might want to light a candle just for this purpose. Or wear clothing that reminds you to be light today! Take this “lightness” in all its forms and metaphors. Walk with light, talk with light, breathe with light, eat with light. How ‘light’ can you be today? Play with it, experiment with it, see what is here for you… in the light.
